Diocese of Marsabit Unveils Landmark 5-Year Strategic Plan (2026–2030)

A Bold Vision for the Future—Rooted in Faith, Built on Unity

After years of prayer, planning, and collaborative effort, the Diocese of Marsabit has launched its first-ever Diocesan Strategic Plan (2026–2030)—a historic and timely blueprint for growth, mission, and sustainability.

This long-awaited, groundbreaking document was unveiled during the Diocese’s 14th Anniversary celebrations, marking a defining moment in the Church’s journey. The strategy is the fruit of:

  • Months of thorough compilation and deliberation

  • Multiple committee sittings

  • Active participation from clergy, laity, and church stakeholders

  • Careful fine-tuning to ensure a clear, actionable vision

The 5-year plan outlines the Diocese’s mission to:
✔ Deepen discipleship through biblical teaching and pastoral care.
✔ Expand outreach to unreached communities.
✔ Strengthen partnerships with local and global supporters.
✔ Enhance sustainability through innovative projects.

Bishop Qampicha emphasized that this plan is more than a document—it is a call to action, a challenge for every member of the Diocese to step forward in unity and faith.

As we reflect on 14 years of God’s faithfulness, we look ahead with confidence, knowing that “He who began a good work will carry it to completion” (Philippians 1:6).

Let us pray, engage, and move forward together!

“Continue to build Your Church—stronger, deeper, and wider!”
