🌿 Inauguration of Daaba Parish 🌿
The Diocese of Marsabit joyfully celebrates a historic milestone—the inauguration of Daaba Parish on 19th October 2025.
The commemorative plaque was jointly unveiled by Rt. Rev. Robert Martin (Bishop Emeritus) and Rt. Rev. Dr. Qampicha Daniel Wario, in the presence of Mama Sue Martin and friends from the United Kingdom—Richard and Judy Cecil of Sandon Church, members of the Friends of Marsabit UK team.
This significant occasion marks not only the continued growth and expansion of our Diocese, but also the strengthening of the enduring partnership and fellowship between the Diocese of Marsabit and our friends in the UK. Such collaboration is a testimony to our shared commitment to mission, evangelism, and Christian service.
We thank God for raising up leadership for the new parish. Rev. James Ndirangu Mugwe has taken charge of Daaba Parish, and we prayerfully commit him, his family, and the congregation to God’s guidance, endurance, provision of resources, and unity as they nurture this young parish. We give thanks to Almighty God for His faithfulness throughout this journey.
